Nicole believes healing begins with connection–being truly heard and seen by another person. Sharing your story with a therapist can feel like a huge step, full of uncertainty, but Nicole strives to create a safe, non-judgmental environment. Building a relationship where you can learn more about yourself, your triggers, and your emotions. Her goal is to sit with you in the difficult moments, support you through transitions, and provide encouragement as you make progress toward your goals.
Nicole uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Self-Compassion strategies, which means we will be curious about your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and then we will work together to find a healthy path forward. She especially enjoys working with women of all ages who are struggling with low self-esteem, negative self-image, relationships, burnout, motherhood, guilt, or breaking generational patterns.
